How we build that trust

Processed in the EU

All session data is processed and stored within the EU. Any transfer outside the EU is protected by standard contractual safeguards (SCCs) — no data leaves the EU without that protection.

Never trains on your sessions

Your session data is never used to train AI models. It's used solely to support the documentation of that one session — nothing more.

Works without recording

Prefer not to record? Intuita works without recording a single word — through post-session recap mode. You tell it what came up, Intuita turns it into notes in your format.

Your data, your rights

Access, correction and erasure — any time, no detours (GDPR art. 15–17). Delete a session and it goes — together with the observations built on it.

Observations, not judgments

No diagnoses, no treatment advice, no risk scores — Intuita is not a medical device. Every observation traces back to the session itself. Intuita is built to work within your duty of professional secrecy (beroepsgeheim) — responsibility stays with you, the tool supports it.

Transparent about AI

Every AI-generated note carries a machine-readable marker (EU AI Act Article 50). You always see exactly what AI wrote and what you added yourself — built to the EU AI Act's transparency standards.
