Synthetic example — not a real client

S1

I'm fine. I'm used to handling it.

S3

She called and I just listened, like always.

S5
Today · session 5

Marco asked me what I needed. I didn't know.

Caretaker pattern· 3 sessions ·HIGH

Across S1, S3, and today: the client positions herself as the listener and fixer in these described relationships—not as the one naming a need of her own. Review the source moments before deciding what the pattern means.

AI-assisted observation — your independent judgment applies.

How Intuita works

Three moments. One continuous picture.

The examples below are synthetic. Use Intuita for the parts of the session workflow that fit: preparation, an optional session source and a therapist-reviewed draft afterwards.

BeforeSynthetic preparation example

A preparation view can bring back where the previous eligible session ended, which explicit commitments remained open and the source context behind them.

Client wasn't ready yet to have the conversation with her mother — 'not just yet' — and that stayed open last session. Homework was to say 'no' once to a colleague; she expected it to be 'scary but doable'.

So when she sits down, you start where you ended. Not with the weather.

Intuita

When live capture is used, Intuita processes the eligible session source and can show session-grounded observations for the therapist to inspect.

Eligible session context can be compared across time.

AfterAfter the session

Request a note in your practice’s format — SOAP, DAP, BIRP, GIRP and five more. You review, edit and decide what to save.

SClient reports saying 'no' to a colleague once this week.
OCalm tone, sitting upright while recounting it.
AMovement on the boundary-at-work homework goal.
PNext session: continue on workplace boundaries.

You review, adjust and decide whether to save the draft.

Client AI Therapist judgmentthree voices, one continuous thread.

Intuita is an intelligence engine for therapist-controlled documentation and continuity. Eligible session sources can contribute to a connected client history, while the therapist interprets what the resulting observations mean.

Reviewable notes. Connected session context. The therapist decides.

From session source to reviewed draft and continuity

The workflow is deliberate: the therapist chooses the source, requests the output, reviews the draft and decides what should carry forward.

1

Choose the input

Use an eligible live session, upload an existing recording or type a recording-free post-session recap.

2

Request a draft

Choose a supported note format and request a summary or progress-note draft. Generation is not automatic.

3

Review before use

Correct the draft, add only the clinical judgment you stand behind and use a separate action if you decide to save it.

4

Return to the thread

For eligible analyzed sessions, separate observations can reconnect open threads and source context before a later session.

Therapy-note formats

Nine formats, one therapist-controlled review step

Select the structure your practice uses, then review the requested AI draft against the source. EMDR numeric fields such as SUD and VOC remain therapist-entered.

Trust is not optional. It is the architecture.

EU-configured session processing

Core session content is configured through EU transcription and European Vertex AI processing and is stored on EU-hosted infrastructure. Email and booking data can be processed outside the EEA; see the privacy notice.

Observer-level — no diagnoses

Intuita generates clinical observations from session audio — no diagnoses, no treatment recommendations. You retain full clinical responsibility.

Full transparency

Where a feature provides supporting transcript evidence, the therapist can inspect it. Key AI-drafted surfaces display an AI disclosure; not every generated field has a universal source link.
