AI for psychotherapists

You listen with intuition. Intuita connects the dots, session after session.

Intuita's pattern recognition builds a living picture of every client, covering their relationships, their progress and what keeps returning, and carries it forward from one session to the next.

Clinical methodology, not generic AI summarization: every session compounds on the ones before it, so what surfaces is clinically meaningful, not a note taker's tidy recap.

Built to work with you, never to replace what only you can do.

No diagnoses, only observations with evidence · Built GDPR-first · EU data storage · Works alongside your existing EHR

Session 2

I wanted her to just stay a bit longer that evening. She got up and started on the dishes.I told myself it doesn’t matter.

Session 7

I wanted him to say the report was good.He said it wasn’t enough. All week I kept hearing it: I’m not enough.

Session 14

I wanted my sister to take my side, just once. She laughed it off.I went quiet and left early. I always leave early.

Session 4

The new job starts in March.

Session 10

We finally booked the trip.

Move your cursor, and the pattern surfaces.

How it works

Before the session, during it, after it, and what builds across sessions.

A single session shows you one hour. Intuita keeps every analysis on its own thread and carries it forward, session after session, so that what keeps returning in your client's own words compounds into a living pattern. Something to question and bring into the room, never a conclusion drawn for you.

  • Session 1: The breakup, told for the first time. Session 3: Disappointment, the same shape again. Session 4: Shame at having needed anyone. Session 6: Says it no longer matters to them
  • Session 2: A family visit, mentioned in passing. Session 4: Defensiveness when family comes up. Session 5: Changes the subject at the father. Session 7: Names the deflection out loud
  • Session 1: Not sleeping. Session 3: Exhausted, puts it down to work. Session 6: Sleep raised again, unprompted
  • Session 3: Self-criticism after a mistake at work. Session 5: ‘I always ruin it’. Session 7: The same phrase, a third time
  • Session 2: Hopelessness voiced. Session 5: Back to feeling stuck
  • Session 1: A new job offer
  • Session 2: A dispute with a neighbour
  • Session 3: Holiday plans
  • Session 4: Side effects of the medication
  • Session 4: A friend’s wedding
  • Session 5: Money worries
  • Session 6: An old school friend got in touch
  • Session 7: Trouble with the car

Trust is not optional. It is the architecture.

EU-configured session processing

Core session content is transcribed and analyzed through EU-configured services and stored on EU-hosted infrastructure. Email data can be processed outside the EEA; the details are set out in our data processing agreement.

Observer-level, no diagnoses

Intuita generates clinical observations from session audio, with no diagnoses and no treatment recommendations. You retain full clinical responsibility.

Full transparency

Where a feature provides supporting transcript evidence, the therapist can inspect it. Key AI-drafted surfaces display an AI disclosure; not every generated field has a universal source link.

Analysis and pattern recognition

What one hour cannot show you, and twenty can.

Intuita analyzes your client's interpersonal relationships and the episodes behind them, and surfaces the bottlenecks: where the same difficulty keeps returning, and where more help may be needed.

SOAP · DAP · BIRP · GIRP · PIRP · SIRP · PIE · Narrative · EMDR

Select the structure your practice uses, then review the requested AI draft against the source. EMDR numeric fields such as SUD and VOC remain therapist-entered.

Why Intuita instead of a basic AI note taker?

A basic AI note taker may be enough when you only need a summary of one conversation. Intuita is built for therapists who also need therapist-reviewed note formats, source-linked review, continuity across sessions, and preparation for the next conversation.

Notes in therapist-relevant formats

Review important details against the source

Keep track of open threads across sessions

Prepare for the next session without rereading everything

Frequently asked questions

Does Intuita diagnose my clients?

No. Intuita generates clinical observations only, with no diagnoses, no risk assessments and no treatment recommendations. You retain full clinical responsibility.

Is my session data safe?

Core session content is configured for EU processing and stored on EU-hosted infrastructure. Intuita does not train its own models on session content; our data processing agreement gives the provider and transfer details.

Does Intuita work with my therapy approach?

Yes, Intuita is approach-agnostic. It describes what happens in the session in plain clinical language, using patterns, moments and quotes, free of any one school's jargon. You read it through your own frame, and your notes come in the format your practice keeps.

Do I need to change my workflow?

No single recording workflow is required. Use a live session, upload an existing recording or type a post-session recap, then review what Intuita drafts before deciding what to save.

What languages does it support?

Currently Dutch and English, with more languages planned.

What does Intuita not do?

Intuita is designed for documentation and continuity support. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, score clinical risk, triage or make care decisions.

Can I try it?

Yes. Request a walkthrough in the pilot application form. Do not send or enter real client information for a product demo.

How does client consent work?

The practitioner or clinic must give the client the required information, establish the lawful basis and Article 9 condition, and obtain any permission required before recording. Intuita’s consent gate records the client’s choice but does not replace that assessment.

What will Intuita cost?

€1.50 per analyzed session, capped at €160 a month, and your first month free. No card required to start.

Does Intuita integrate with my practice software?

Intuita works as a standalone product alongside your current record system. Review the draft in Intuita, then transfer only the content you decide belongs in the record; no EHR integration is claimed here.
