Why Intuita exists

Reza Khosravivala has studied psychology for as long as he can remember. For years he also sat on the other side of it: in therapy himself, week after week, talking about the weather. It wasn't going anywhere. The therapy wasn't bad. It just wasn't moving.

The problem isn't the therapist

One good clinician may move through several complex stories in one day. A thread that matters can be distributed across weeks of conversation and documentation. Not for lack of skill or care: no single human can hold every earlier detail at once. That's a human limit, not a skill failure.

Why Intuita exists

So Reza studied it all himself until his own therapy started to move. Then he built Intuita, so no one else has to do what he did to make their therapy work.

What it does

Intuita began with that problem and evolved into a therapist-controlled workflow around session sources. For an eligible live session, uploaded recording or post-session recap, a therapist can request a reviewable note. Separate source-linked observations can connect eligible material across sessions. You stay the clinician: you review generated drafts, interpret observations independently and decide what enters the record.

Intuita does not diagnose, assess risk or recommend treatment. It supports documentation and attention around therapy; it does not replace the therapist or the therapeutic relationship.

Milestones to date

  1. The starting problem: Reza's own experience made continuity between therapy sessions the first problem to examine.
  2. The product direction: Intuita became a therapist-controlled workflow for reviewable notes and separate, source-linked observations.
  3. The current scope: therapists can work from an eligible live session, uploaded recording or post-session recap, then review generated material before deciding what to use.

The point

Not a promise of better or faster therapy. Intuita is a tool for reducing the documentation and continuity work around a session, while the therapist remains responsible for the care itself.
