AI session notes for human coaches

We are validating early access for editable coaching-session summaries, action items and follow-up support. Intuita would assist the human coach; it would not coach clients autonomously.

From one session to the next

Help shape a coach-specific workflow

The current product does not yet include a released coach workflow — it is being built as its own track, not an existing tool with the labels swapped. Early access shapes editable summaries, action items and follow-up around how coaches actually work.

A clear session summary

Planned for validation: a concise, editable summary requested by the coach after an eligible session.

Coach-owned action items

Planned for validation: source-grounded action items that the coach reviews, edits or discards.

The thread for your next session

Planned for validation: reviewable follow-up context, with the human coach deciding what to revisit.

Support, never a substitute

The intended boundary is administrative support for a human coach. No autonomous AI coach, client advice or substitute coaching relationship.

What early access would validate

Coaching session notes, ready for your review

Whether coaches need a requested, editable session-summary draft and what structure it should use.

Review the last thread before the next session

Whether reviewable follow-up context helps without creating an autonomous coaching recommendation.

Recurring themes across coaching sessions

Whether coaches want source-linked continuity across sessions, and what evidence they need to review it.

Client progress across sessions

What coach-defined progress context belongs in the workflow without turning it into an external performance score.

FAQ for coaches

Does this AI note taker work for coaching sessions?

Not as a released coach product today. This page collects interest while we validate a separate coach role, permissions, inputs, outputs and review workflow.

Is my client's data safe?

Coach early access runs without client data while the coach-specific processing terms are finalized — confidentiality, consent and access facts ship together with those terms.

Will my clients notice?

The input and consent workflow is still being validated. Early access will not assume that another audience's recording flow automatically fits coaching.

What does it cost for a small caseload?

Coach pricing is set at release. Contact us to discuss your practice.

Can I try it?

Join the interest list and we contact you as the coach track opens.

Can I review and correct the AI-generated notes?

Editable summaries and action items anchor the early-access scope; the coach output and review flow arrive with the release.

Is Intuita an AI coach for my clients?

No. The proposed product supports a human coach with documentation and follow-up; it is not an autonomous AI coach for clients.
